Jag har ingen motivation, jag har den bara inte!  Jag vill liksom inte, har ingen lust, det känns liksom inte så viktigt. Många mailar mig och undrar hur jag gått ner så mycket i vikt och om jag har något råd till dem, mitt råd lyder alltid att det finns bara ett sätt och det är att bestämma sig. Antingen vil man eller så vill man inte. Det &lt;b&gt;är&lt;/b&gt; faktiskt så enkelt. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I dagens läge verkar det verkligen vara så att jag inte vill. Min självanalys säger att det är förmodligen pga att jag ändå är ganska nöjd, jag är liksom inte överviktig så det känns inte &lt;b&gt;så&lt;/b&gt; viktigt och noga att ta kilona så snabbt, eller egentligen alls. Ibland undrar jag om det inte vore bättre för mig att istället lägga min energi på att förbättra min självbild och mitt självförtroende. Då skulle jag kanske bli nöjd på &lt;b&gt;riktigt&lt;/b&gt; någon gång. Som det är nu så är jag bara tillfälligt nöjd, dvs nöjd då jag har något gott i sikte och missnöjd då jag inte har det. Så fort jag blir sugen och får tillgång till något så känner jag bara "fuck it" orka bry sig.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Sen surfar jag in till &lt;a href="http://56kilo.se" target="_blank"&gt;56 kilo&lt;/a&gt; och bara känner att vad &lt;b&gt;FAN&lt;/b&gt;, FAN vad duktig hon är! Fan vad &lt;u&gt;grym &lt;/u&gt;hon är! Jag VILL ju också!! Och det är ju bara 6 kg att gå ner! Jag kan ju detta jag med!!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag tar ledigt i helgen, sen ska jag surfa in på &lt;a href="http://56kilo.se" target="_blank"&gt;56 kilo&lt;/a&gt; och hämta min motivation varje dag, jag ska  motionera och äta rätt! Jag ska göra som jag &lt;b&gt;vill&lt;/b&gt; göra! Och &lt;u&gt;ingen&lt;/u&gt; skit ska &lt;b&gt;någonsin&lt;/b&gt; få mig att använda mat som sköld! saken!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Enligt den behöver du gå &lt;b&gt;11750&lt;/b&gt; steg för att förbränna en hamburgare. &lt;br /&gt;Du måste gå &lt;b&gt;2000 steg&lt;/b&gt; för att förbränna ett glas apelsinjuice. &lt;br /&gt;Att &lt;b&gt;diska&lt;/b&gt; Jerry´s</title><content type='html'>Nu kära vänner ska jag förklara för er vad som händer när man äter filmjölk till middag, frukost och lunch. Då blir man &lt;b&gt;hungrig&lt;/b&gt;!! I mitt fall resulterade det i en bägare med &lt;a href="http://www.benjerry.se/" target="_blank"&gt;Ben &amp; Jerry´s&lt;/a&gt;  glass, har länge varit nyfiken på den och när jag nu var i området där det går att få tag på den så var jag körd. Den bor nu i min frys och väntar på att jag ska ta med mig den, lägga mig i soffan och glo på nya Beck filmen ikväll. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Jag fuskar alltså medvetet. Vad jag gjorde dock, vara att jag köpte en 1 points soppa till middag, så kommer jag inte övertrassera pointsen &lt;b&gt;alldeles&lt;/b&gt; för mycket. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Och åter igen kära ni, jag rekomenderar inte att äta såhär!  Jag ska snart skärpa till mig!
